In fact something even more important is missing – designers sell their unique ideas, as well as their ability to understand the psychology of communication and to deliver to the audience the client’s message in the best possible way. So designers don’t just sell computer skills, they sell something much more important. They sell a service, not a product, where technology is just an instrument for reaching the final goal. And probably the shift of the accent from technology to quality, creativity and experience is the first step in the right direction, in order to make designers look like real professionals and to take their job seriously.
